I'VE BEEN WITH GODADDY FOR OVER 3 YEARS. I HAVE OVER 60 DOMAIN NAMES AND SEVERAL HOSTING ACCOUNTS. RECENTLY I WAS CHARGED OVER $175 FOR SERVICES I NEVER EVER RECEIVED. ACTUALLY FOR EXAMPLE A DOMAIN NAME I WAS INCLUDED THEY NEVER EVER SENT ME THE SERVICE UNTIL I COMPLAINED. BY THIS TIME I WANTED A REFUND FOR ONLY A FEW OF THE CHARGES TOTALING $65 AND IT WAS DENIED. THEY HAVE NO- I MEAN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE! I WAS THERE IN THE BEGINNING FOR THEIR LOW PRICES A DOMAIN USED TO BE 9.99 A DOMAIN, NOW THEY START AT 14.99-18.99. HOSTING HAS ALSO INCREASED. THE SUPPORT IS OK. HOWEVER, BILLING IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. HOW CAN GODADDY.COM BE ONE OF THE TOP COMPANIES WHEN THEY TREAT A REGULAR CUSTOMER SO BADLY THAT HAS SPENT SO MUCH MONEY WITH THEM?
