Terrible, quite simply no use what-so-ever.

If you have a problem (and you will) there is only one way to get it fixed and that is to fly out to Bangladesh, track them down and fix it yourself. Their habit of moving your web site to another platform every 6 months is infuriating; especially when they lose most of your files and delete all your IIS settings, FTP and email accounts.

Contacting their helpdesk via their ridiculous ticketing system is a lesson in futility. I am an experienced web developer/admin so even when I was able to remotely diagnose the problems and present simple solutions for them they would fob me off with a made-up technical excuse and close the ticket without doing anything. This battle would ensure for weeks at a time for a task as simple as giving me back my FTP access. It would often take months to recover from one of their "platform migrations" and sometimes I would be up and running for only a short time before they would hit me with the next migration.

In short, don't have anything to do with these cowboys. Throw your money in the sea instead and save yourself a lot of time, stress and frustration.

Oh yeah, they register themselves as the owner of your domain so if you want to leave them you have to get a new damain.
