to this review here I had multiple sites hosted with this company (8). They were constantly going down. The mail server was un-reliable, and I would find that files had been deleted from the server occasionally. Tech support is slow (days to respond), and sometimes incomprehensible. Once you register it takes days for you to receive your account info. I have had to request it on 3 occasions! The speed of the servers are extremely slow! Even though it’s cheap, spend a little more, and get a quality host. You will save time and stress.

I'm using a free host now and they provide a much better service that these jokers.

Your experience of GNXOnline seems to be very similar to mine. They even held my domain name hostage when I tried to leave them. I'm using a free host now and they provide a much better service that these jokers.
