The fast to host servers seem to be continuelly going down at crucial times.I am generally not happy with the services.
People say one gets what they pay for , but the internet has changed this, so as much as fast2host are cheap, my site is usually down at crucial times.
The time now is 18.03 on Friday 13 June 2008 and my website has been off line for at least 2 hours. Neither is www.fast2host.com accesible, which mean something's happened to there servers. I no one is picking there phone , thye have also changed there telephone number.
I have been using 3 different web servers for my websites and I will rate fast2host as the worst of them.The other two I have used ar supanames and storminternet. Of which storminternet is the best by my rating.

Our servers did not go down and dont keep going down ! Not true otherwise why hide your personal details ? The matter your are talking about which happened on the 13th was a network issue with the datacenter which caused our network to go off line for 2 hours. This has never happened before and was Teltra's fault with their BGP router.
Our phone number changed from 0870 to normal rate phone number two years ago !
