to this review here My experience with this company is the worst possible. They offer the cheappest price and the best features. But whem you try to use services available you realize that Data Packet services are a complete scum.
E-mails simply disappear without warning, and you will never know until your customer calls you asking where is the e-mail you sent days ago.
The sites are always down. In the last months, we have sites down for 3, 4 sometime 5 days. Not even a "sorry" were said. Sometime, the sites and data simply dissappear. If you have a backup of your own, great. If you don't, the "company" don't care. Too bad for you.
They ignore tickets and close them without any answer. And the features they offer simply don't work. Forget about using ColdFusion, MySQL databases and stuff, without losing a lot of time and money tryng to make things work properly. For a short period, because things will go down any minute. Stay away.
