to this review here These guys are a bunch of morons. I signed up with them as a reseller and 2 days later all my sites were down for about a day. They never answered their phone and after numerous email inquiries 3 days later they informed me that they did some kind of maintenance. This was a lie because the sites were showing that the web services had crashed. 3 days later all my sites were down again. This time they told me that they had hardware failure. All my sites were lost and they could not restore any files. After 3 days the services were back and nothing was working. I had to restore as much as I could and recreate all of the websites so they can start working again. 2 days later nothing was working again. They explained that they implemented something and I should recreate/modify my sites. I found nothing explaining their email neither they told me what to modify. After hours of troubleshooting nothing worked again. Finally my customers moved to another hosting provider. These guys do not know what they are doing, they are TERRIBLE and you should stay away from them.
