I was wary when I first signed up with Cyberhostpro as the cost suggested that the service would suffer. However my fears were soon shown to be ill founded. A slight hitch with the sign-up process (namely be being incapable of following simple instructions) looked as though there would be complications with my order. While I was wondering what to do my phone rang. It was the host. They had noticed the problem and were ringing to sort it out, before I even had to lift a finger. And this was on a Sunday.

With subsequent problems they have always been amazingly quick to respond, even out of hours. Whether by E-mail, phone or online chat any issues have been sorted out within a few minutes. (Which is extreamly useful when you realise that you turned off auto-renew and your domain has expired.)

The company also keeps its customers well informed, and any engineering work or possible disruption receives sufficient notice, and has always been kept to a minimum.
