to this review here I have never had such problems anywhere on the web as I have had with this "company." After a year with Coast Inc, we decided to leave them due to constant server interruptions, periods of time when our website was offline, and a abysmal lack of features. We wished to retain our name, and after threatening legal action, finally got them to reply to us.
After agreeing to purchase our domain name for a fee, they disappeared once more, and though we sent e-mail upon e-mail, we got no return, We eventually threatened to report them to the Better Business Bearuo, and then they got back to us again, telling us to "go ahead and contact the BBB and we'll resolve it that way." Beyond that, no response.
These people only respond to threats, and seem to me and my business partners like a 2-bit outfit. They are very un-professional, and lack any sense of purpose and their technical support is a joke.
I seriously recommend going anywhere else.
