When I first became a reseller through them, I could contact them 24x7 by phone, by e-mail, by on-line chat, and on-line ticket system. Eventually, they limited the phone service only if site or e-mail is down (understandable), then eliminated it altogether because of abuse. It would have made sense instead to charge for non-emergency phone calls.

Then their on-line chat became overloaded to the point that 75% of the time I coulnd't get to a tech.

Then to submit an "urgent" ticket didn't even get an acknowledgement for over 3 hours.

I did find out that e-mails to sales@coastinc.com did get to one of the "higher ups", but then he didn't respond either, except to say I now had 4 days to move my 70 client sites elsewhere, supposedly due to excessive CPU usage which still has not been shown to me.

Now he has held my data bases for over a week (promised to compress and send them to me on 5/27/05 - on 6/4/05 I still haven't received them).

Does anybody know a good lawyer that deals with this kind of data blackmail?
