to this review here I been trying several hosting companies (justHost - HostUpon - Hostgator ..etc)
And Cirtex is for sure , my worst experience.
For first, prices of servers they provide are cheap but the quality is cheap too... I honestly never seen such slow shared server of my life. Even after optimisation, i could get my index page loading under 10 secondes. Ofc Cirtex Support was always telling that from their side all was working well "they like to use this sentence alot".
So this is the second negative point from them, The support is very poor. From my own experience i still wonder why Live support has categories ( Billing , sales, technical); because i always had to deal with the same person (Aaron something). Thus person obviously don't know the courteasy, and don't know how to help customers, always switching of topic to fast like if he didnt care at all.
To finish, Cirtex has been hacked for more than 1 time ..... is it a good promo for its customers ? They preach the security but their own site isn't safe.
For people who start a website, i highly recommend HOSTGATOR which is for me, the best host currently. Operators are expert, and they answer you directly. they know what they do and their servers are fast :D I run all my sites with them now and NEVER had any issues.
For people who don't believe my words, just type CIRTEX reviews on google, and u will see they are mostly all negative.
