Ive been hosted with them almost a month.
They have breakdowns almost everyday ( at least in my server ). They are always saying that its only a temporal error, that they are updating systems... But problems come back soon.
Their live chat support is really useless, they have no idea about hosting and finally give you a mail address to submit a ticket.
