to this review here The uptime is the single most important thing and they have only a few seconds here and there when they cannot be accessed. First class. Phone support 7/24 is good. I like features like Fantastico, unlimited add-on domains, PHP suppport and MySQL. The forum often has answers too. Their C-Panel is enhanced to be the best I've seen.
I have 14 accounts there and they'll get more unless they drop the ball - but no sign of it yet.

I finally set up a monitor of some of my sites and found downtime was much worse than I had thought. I switched to a dedicated server at Hostgator and downtime is about 10 times better, support is a bit better and the price (if you have a lot of sites - now about 40), is a lot better. But Blue Host is still one of the best.
