to this review here I thought I had discovered hosting heaven... All features that I wanted were there, and they have 24/7 phone support that is very professional. Unfortunately, reliability is a major concern for me, and in the 33 days I've had hosting with them, I've lost emails SIX different occasions. Sometimes my aliases disappeared, a few times my email accounts' permissions were messed up, and the most recent times, the accounts were actually gone and had to be restored from backups, meaning I lost data on both occasions. This time, nearly my entire domain was deleted!
Phone support is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but it just can't make up for always wondering if my incoming email is bouncing. I'm looking for a new host now, and I'm VERY sad to forced to do so. I gave them chance after chance, though, and enough is enough.
