BH looks good on paper, but one soon realizes everything costs extra. My site is a very simple low CPU minimalist on, yet CPU exceed errors pop up a lot. Cost to make them go away? $40 a month!! And why? Because someone else sharing is using more than I am. Hardly seems fair.
Ditto their so-called "spam assasin". Their spam control was ok at first but as soon as their paid version came out, the floodgates opened up. And the black mail started - pay then $4/mo or get an inbox filled with junk:-(
Caveat Emptor. Their live chat is ridiculously useless. Good luck wating to hear back on a ticket, and the support database is beyond worthless!
I'm currently seeking an alternative, and will move as soon as possible.
