During my four years with Arvixe I have found support is very prompt and conscientious (never a casual pointer to some documentation that doesn't really answer my question).

As I have reported elsewhere, the selection of features such as PHP/MySQL amply covers my needs, and the rate is attractively low. I have received several increases in bandwidth and storage as well as a reduction in the charge for my plan. I only hope success followed by increased demand does not make it hard for Arvixe to keep up these levels of customer satisfaction.
