to this review here they have not handled their server problem for over 36 hours, nor made themselves available by phone or email or issued any apology or statement on this situation. my website and business email are both still DOWN for over 3 days.

+ backup MX
Arvixe can help you setup all but the alternate hosting provider plan. Don't complain when your lack of a plan fails you.
As you haven't cited evidence for your case it's not credible... CAPS use isn't helping either. At this point your posting raging libel.

If your business is that critical surely you have a sensible hosting strategy? It's not clear from your ranting.Here's a thought
