to this review here My emails are now down for 2 days and I have no way of contacting them. I tried their online chat support after waiting for 3 minutes It asks youto submit a ticket. I called their number and an automated answering service takes over giving the illution there is some one there and are extremely busy. You leave a message and no one email OR returns your call. I have a business to run i have no time to have my email server down. this is absolute BULL Comments 2 >>

I have the same problem searching the web to find something on this. we got them on Friday finally - they said someone maliciously took down their server and they had to back up all data from a backup server. So, what's taking so long? At least send a mass statement to all the customers telling them it's still not back in service, apologize or something. They will not be in business for long after this fiasco. I am still email and website-less. What gives?

If your business is that critical surely you have a sensible hosting strategy? It's not clear from your raving.Here's a thought + round robin DNS + multiple webhosts + backup MX Arvixe can help you setup all but the alternate hosting provider plan. Don't complain when your lack of a plan fails you. |
