I used to have occasional glitches in my two accounts with accuburst, and they would fix them or tell me how - without an hour or two.

Stange folders would appear in my ftp - saying disabled website - they would tell me - everything is in order - just delete them - they still happen.

Lately, however I've gotten no response at all from tech support for two weeks on several issues - I've even written sales and got a form letter thanking me and telling me they would be in touch. I'm thinking there are some major changes going on there and that they might be closing - since no real person will respond. I think they were a good value but without tech support, they will fail. At least for now - I would NOT use them for a webhost. They have an obligation to their customers to tell us what's going on. If this changes I will be back on to update you.
