4d Hosting : 4d Hosting Reviews : Lots of downtime

In the last 6 months or so my server has been down atleast 1 day a week avarage.
These people will never respond to trouble tickets or emails in less than 2 days
sometimes 3. I am transfering my website to a more reliable Host because I am tired
of paying for downtime. I want a host who will answer to me for the money I spend on
them. I want a host I don't have to talk to because his stuff always works.
