I cancelled my service one day before the free trial period was up. I couldn't get my website to work and it was very confusing to use. Two weeks later my paypal account was billed the $29.97 monthly fee. I disputed the fee through paypal and was refunded the $29.97 not once but twice. 1 and 1 then sent me a statement saying I owed them for the $29.97 overpayment. I sent them a check for that amount. A month later I get a statement from a collection agency for $29.97 and $18.95. I emailed 1 and 1 asking what this was about and they informed me that they don't accept check and had destroyed my check. They never emailed me to tell me this, just sent me to a collection agency. This is horrible service procedures. An email or telephone call would have been nice.
