to this review here All of my sites got locked due to some issued with cards expiring and what not. I called to get assistance and wanted to know when my site was really locked because I wanted to know which business emails did not go out in time and which business emails I did not receive; however, since it was a Saturday, they were unable to answer my question.
The tech guy first said he could not provide any information regarding the freeze because I would have to talk to the billing department once Monday rolled around. I could not wait that long to get answers so after 3 minutes of constantly talking, the tech came back and told me that my account was frozen on Nov 5. I told him that that date was wrong because I've been able to access my sites and can prove it via google analytics. However, he just kept repeating the answer and could not provide me with any more information. I asked to talk to an admin or his supervisor. No dice.
At the earliest chance, I'll be switching to another company because they have HORRIBLE DEPLORABLE customer service.
