to this review here I was sucked in by the low pricing. I soon realized that's all that 1and1 offers. 1and1 provided the worst technical support and customer service I've ever experienced with a host. They continued to bill my credit card after cancelling services from them, which also wasted a ton of time with multiple emails, phone calls only to be redirected to figure things out on my own on their site. Save your time, don't waste a penny on this host.... take the time you'll waste with 1and1 to research and find a reliable web host that actually answers the phone and provides actual technical support.
