to this review here When 1&1 customer service was on the phone walking me through how to send a copy of my emails to my Outlook imap and also change my password from the 1&1 control panel all of a sudden my emails disappeared. I run a contracting business and this was a big hit. Stay away from 1&1. They refuse to look for these emails and refuse to respond to my emails.
