to this review here Don't use them for Moodle if you value your time or money. I tried for a 5 hour period to get help with the backup of a course. A bunch of ducks and gatekeepers with no interest in helping and no knowledge of the application made my life miserable. It was a server 500 error and the explainations I got ranged all over the place. I was told that supervisors were too busy to talk with me and that I could not talk directly to the technical staff that they agreed I needed to fix the problem. By the way I've been waiting for six hours for them to provide me a backup of my four courses because they thing that I as the administrator of the site should not have that ability. Two weeks ago I could do it. But then they don't know the difference between an SQL system backup and a Moodle course backup. And they didn't want to learn.

Not knowing what package you have, I would say 500 errors are your own trouble. I know I wouldn't want to subsidise other peoples 500 errors with my hosting payments.
I would however like the hosting layer of the application to just work, and allow me to at least get to the point where I can make my own mistakes.
I agree though that they should have been more expert in the backups department, and you should focus your criticism on that point.
