to this review here I have been a customer of 1and1.com for at least 2 years. i currently have registered 44 domain registered with them and have referred at least 2 dozen of my friends and clients to them. I paid in advance for email service on many of my domains. I called customer service with a complaint about the interruption of my service today. The manager, Benjamin, told me to go screw myself and flatly stated that I could take my business elsewhere when I asked why service that were prepaid had been interrupted. I couldn't believe anyone managing customer service would have such a bad attitude about their customers. I will transfer all my business and recommend all those I have referred do the same.
