to this review here Don't use this company. I have a developer plan and my SQL database has been down for a week. I talked to 1st level supoort in around to world and they are useless. It took 3 days to get to 2nd level support. 2 more days to get 3rd lavel support and I am still down. Run away at all cost anything has to be better than this.

I have sent emails to all friends that are using 1and1 and advised them to leave this company before they are burned like me.
I need advise on what are my remedies.
Any help is greatly appriciated.
