to this review here Slow and inconsistent web building--not worth the cheap price. I was charged for a domain name when my plan said I would have two free included with my plan. I cancelled w/in the moneyback guarantee time and haven't rec'd a refund. Called the help line re: my web building and was on hold a LONG time. I think this company is trying to get a few bucks out of people w/their $ back guarantee before one can see all the problems, then when you try to get your $ back you won't even bother b/c it's too much trouble to try to reach them.
