to this review here Tech support has been farmed out to clueless Indians. Took them 3 weeks to set up a server, and it was not done correctly. Still waiting for tech support to fix it.

HUGE MISTAKE!!!! My first time experience has not even been two weeks and I cannot access my control panel. Not much help on the phone either. Wish I'd visited reviews before signing with 1and1. Bailing at first opportunity.
