For the price I paid (which I got on sale), the service wasn't too bad. Nice layouts but their navigation and control panel system is cumbersome and somewhat slow. I wish they had a more intuitive layout. Uptime has been okay, I've experienced some downtime, a little more than my host prior to 1&1. Technical support answered my emails usually within a day, or a few minutes. I don't have anything bad to say, but at the same time I'm not impressed enough to stick with them. Their control panel is too beefy and slow for my taste. I think if 1&1 cut through the clutter it would be less of a drag.
