I wish I had found this page before signing on with this place. I am working on switching now. My access to email is constantly intermittent, and there is no live support, you submit a helpdesk ticket and pray.

When my email was completely down for most of a business day with no delivery failure notifications to even let people know, I pressed for a reason and assurance that it would not happen again. The response?

"The mail queue was quite large due to spam.

It can be prevented in the future if spammers stop sending out spam."

Whatever, I am so sorry they got *any* of my money.
