to this review here I actually have 3 sites there now that I admin. At first the response time for inquiry was pretty good about 72 hours sometimes same day. Now with the online support request system, I've been waiting for almost 2 months with no response to repeated submissions. When they make changes, they don't tell us. They have changed our logon id and pw without notification. They use to offer the Frontpage Extensions with the basic account and have changed that and taken off our extensions so I've had to FTP. Again no notice. We're in the process of moving our sites and I would suggest all others do the same. 1 DOLLAR HOSTING SUCKS!!!

Yuppers - 1 Dollar Hosting is the worst. I think I will go to godaddy. I have 3 sites with 1 dollar and they have always sucked big time. Site is never up when ya need it to be -NEVER - and no technical assistance - NONE - I have about 12 domain names and I can host multiple at Godaddy for a reasonable cost - unless I want to get a static I.P. and host myself Grrrrrrrrr. I am in a service industry and 1 Dollar hosting's service - well - there isn't any service!!! I used to use the free hosting a portland.co.uk and it was great! Now I use there US hosting (portlandx.com) for my personal site tjsmith.com - they are pretty good - but still godaddy seems more user friendly.
