They are a fraud -- just going after your money with tons of hidden fees that will add up to hundreds of dollars. When you don't pay, they will threaten you and try to intimidate you. They didn't even provide me with services, and then they charged nearly $200! When I tried to dispute it with my credit card company, they called a collection agency to come after me if I didn't pay them some exorbitant bill for their nonexistent services. If you look on the Better Business Bureau site, you find that they have a rating of F. They have received countless complaints from consumers who feel ripped off.
