Easy setup, easy upgrades - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT - no one answers emails, no one answers the phone (I had to use alternative sources to find a phone number because it isn't listed anywhere on their site). They tried double and even triple billing me on MANY occasions for yearly services - when I had renewed them less then 3 months prior. The ONLY response I got was through the forum (which I have also been removed from because they don't like the questions I ask) and I was told to submit a trouble ticket. I still have 17 open trouble tickets - NONE OF WHICH HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. I REALLY think that this "operation" is ONE PERSON - Domingo Pichardo, and no one else works there. I wouldn't be surprised if it was now running out of his house. If you have an easy, simple site - this isn't a bad plan - but if you are looking for tech support - well, think of your worst possible problems dealing with AOL - AT LEAST AOL ANSWERS!
